Q: Can OnDemand Legal Solutions represent me in Court? 

A: No. Only an attorney can represent you in court. We specialize in assisting self-represented parties with filling out court forms properly and understanding court rules. 

Q: What is the difference between Paralegal services and Legal Document Assistant services?

A: Great question. A Paralegal and a Legal Document Assistant have the same educational certification. However, a Paralegal who has not been bonded and registered as a Legal Document Assistant can only work under an attorney. Legal Document Assistants can help individuals directly fill out forms and help self-represented parties understand court rules, but can not give legal advice. 

Q: Do you offer a guarantee of your services?

A: Yes. If a document that is prepared by one of our Legal Document Assistants is rejected by the court, we will correct the form at no additional cost to you. 

Q: If I am not happy with the outcome of my court case, can I get a refund for services? 

A: No. We do not give legal advice and do not guarantee the outcome of any case. 

Q: If I attend a resume and cover letter workshop and I am not able to find a job, do I get a refund?

A: No. The success of your employment is completely up to you. Please contact the office if you need additional assistance and mentoring, we can offer an additional discounted one-on-one session to go over interviewing tips, etc.
